WebCricket.co.za is a live cricket scores website for schools, clubs, development cricket and tournaments, provided by Cobitech.

Cobitech was formed in 2004, when Dieter Pagel (current owner), decided to commercialize his cricket scoring software. The company has grown from strength to strength and is currently developing the Cobi-Rugby time based video analysis software. Dieter Pagel is the current owner of Cobitech. He is the lifeblood of the company, as he developed the cricket and rugby scoring software. Dieter lives in Cape Town, South Africa from where Cobitech is based.

Cobi-Cricket was originally a fun, part time project that Dieter developed out of his love for the game. It has grown from a simple score keeping program to a highly advanced cricket statistical analysis program that far surpasses many similar programmes on the market today. A complete statistical analysis program at your fingertips - use Cobi-Cricket for live game scoring or to enter scorecards. The data will then be analysed and a myriad of reports and powerful statistics produced.

WebCricket.co.za was born from the necessity to provide a live scores facility for school and development cricket tournaments, as well as schools and clubs. Based on the highly successful Cobi-Cricket software, WebCricket.co.za continues to be the sole provider of a live scores platform for development, school and club cricket.
